I deleted the shopping app and reinstalled it as new from the play store and it worked.Haven't been any updates since, so don't know whether it will update ok in the future or whether will need to reinstall everytime.

I have amazon few times and keep getting an error code ''.I have also tried to install the Amazon app store to see if Nicht can install them from there, but the app fails to install also despite unknown sources being enabled for Chrome and files.
If anyone can shed any app on this I'd appreciate it.

I'm having exactly the same problem.I'm unable to install Amazon Prime from the app store and updates to the preinstalled Amazon apps also fail.I've tried reaching out to Huawei, but haven't had a response yet.

I've not tried any of the others as I don't use them.I'm guessing we'll have to wait for an update from Amazon.It's the latest build from May 31st labelled version It installed fine and other Amazon apps install as well.
